The Culinary Center at the Bowery Whole Foods is a great space that occasionally has gluten-free friendly events - like the upcoming one with Kyotofu!
If you don't know Kyotofu, they're a local dessert company that makes delicious gluten-free treats - cookies, muffins, cupcakes, and more - all with Cup4Cup flour! Their takes on these classic desserts often involve Japanese ingredients like matcha and miso. Come taste a selection of their wares (miso-Valrhona brownies, anyone?) and meet company co-founder Nicole Bermensolo.
